• Assist our Engineering Team in the design, development, and testing of automotive components and systems.
• Fabricate and build pre production vehicles to create and validate efficient assembly processes.
• Support creation of technical publications for all work instructions, system overview, parts, repair, labor, etc.
• Conduct experiments and tests using various automotive equipment and software tools.
• Install instrumentation, test equipment, and other components on prototype vehicles, in accordance with engineering specifications and standards.
• Analyze and interpret test data, diagnose issues, and propose solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to engineers and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and observations.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Associate Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 year Technical or Automotive Technology Degree or ASE Certifications
• Automotive OEM Test Technician training and work experience
• 5 years of automotive, manufacturing, and/or prototyping environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all vehicle systems such as Suspension, Brake systems, Powertrain, Electrical, Chassis, and Interiors.
• Overall fabrication knowledge of prototyping including, metal fab, welding, drilling, riveting, and bonding various materials
• High-Level knowledge of Electrical systems, experience with trouble shooting and diagnosing issues as well as ability to build and repair motorsport grade harnesses.

• Experience in programming and machine controls or electronics validation and testing
• OEM Certified Master Technician
• OEM Specific Technician Training

• Proficiency in automotive testing equipment and software tools.
