About the Role
What it is
You will own product experience and outcomes for part of our powerful and complex platform. You will work collaboratively with your team, including product designers, engineers, product operations, and climate experts to discover, prioritize, deliver, and iterate on the most valuable ways to lead our customers in meaningfully decarbonizing their operations.
What you'll be doing
  • Defining the vision, key outcomes and success metrics of your product area
  • Driving the strategy and tactics of achieving those outcomes
  • Collaboratively discovering customer pain points and opportunities and developing valuable, feasible, desirable solutions to them
  • Identifying critical assumptions, defining and conducting experiments and user research, measuring success metrics, and using data to inform decisions
  • Working with stakeholders to define, prioritize and execute on a backlog that continuously delivers measurable value to users
  • Driving a culture of collaboration, alignment, and commitment across a diverse set of stakeholders; bringing clarity where there is uncertainty and identifying and managing risk

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 5 years of Product Management or similar experience, shipping products to users
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps with measurable outcomes
  • Experience with lean product management, user-centered design, and agile development methodology
  • Experience closely collaborating with engineers and designers as part of small, autonomous teams
  • Experience owning a backlog (or multiple) that continuously deliver measurable value for users
  • Strong synthesis and prioritization skills; experience using them in complex environments
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making in a workshop context
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt communication style for the audience
  • Experience utilizing data and intuition to help make informed decisions
  • Comfort with jumping into an unfamiliar space and navigating uncertainty
  • Experience in startup environments a big plus
