SimVentions, consistently voted one Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for a Journeyman Systems Test Engineer to join our team! Provide systems requirements and test support in an integrated contractor-government team developing and testing simulation software for government systems.
Responsibilities:
Support software requirements documentation and test by providing:
-requirements elicitation and documentation
-requirements analysis
-coordination with the development team
-test planning
-test procedure development and linkage to requirements
-test execution
-test analysis
-test reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
Additional Requirements: Due to the requirements in the Safer Federal Workforce Taskforce guidance and the nature of our covered contracts and facilities, all employees may need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a legal exemption with approved accommodation.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline
Minimum Clearance: Secret
Location: Hybrid (Dahlgren Naval Base, Virginia)
Travel: Mid-Atlantic region (very limited; no more than 1-2 times per year for 1-3 days)
