Description

Simply Solar LLC performs residential and commercial solar installations and services throughout California. Simply Solar is looking for a personable and dependable individual to join their Client Care team to provide solar clients with white glove service. 

This Client Care position offers the opportunity to learn about the solar industry from experienced support operations team members and room to advance within the company. The Client Care position is full time, paid bi-weekly on an hourly basis.

The Client Care Representative is responsible for client communication and support through various tasks, such as:
-Developing working relationships and maintain good rapport with Simply Solar clients 

-Providing accurate and timely information and updates to clients 

-Supporting client inquiries and concerns with the utmost care and attention

-Contacting and following up with clients via phone, text and/or email

-Accurately documenting and tracking open projects in company databases

-Attending regularly occurring departmental meetings, as scheduled

-Support accurate communication of company processes, policies and marketing campaigns 

-Support process improvement efforts by providing consistent feedback regarding client experiences

Requirements

 Those who apply must: 

-Be authorized to work in the United States

-Be age 18 or older

-Pass a background check

-Maintain a regular 40 hours per week schedule, in person

-Be willing and able to interact with the public and clients daily, verbally and via written communication

-Regularly use technology for majority of shifts in an office setting
