Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery, includes hot tub cleaning and maintenance.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors when necessary

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

- Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guest

Requirements:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with logic controllers

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to supervise others effectively

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Hot Tub experience is a plus

Pay: $20.09 - $21.41 per hour
