Simply Fondue is looking for Kitchen Staff!
Simply Fondue is a family owned restaurant that has been open since 1989. We consider ourselves Dallas’ Most Unique dining experience! Our guests enjoy a full four course fondue dining experience that includes a handcrafted cheese fondue appetizer, Gourmet Salad, Entrée fondue that includes cuts of steak, chicken and fresh seafood items and a chocolate fondue dessert! We are well known as a premium special event restaurant for large parties, Birthdays and romantic anniversaries.
We do not have a traditional kitchen as we do not use ovens or stoves. Our job is to make salads, shred cheeses, and arrange entrée plates with pieces of marinated or spiced steak, chicken so that the servers can bring them out for our guests to cook.
Our Job responsibilities are:
· Prepping all Beef, Chicken and Seafood for the shift
· Making all dressings, batter and dipping sauces throughout the week.
· Prepping all ingredients for salads and desserts and preparing them to order.
· Shredding cheese for appetizer fondues and blending chocolate for dessert fondues
· Helping the Dishwasher & Pot station if they fall behind
· Maintaining all health standards and cleaning the kitchen.
