Job Description:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Greeting patients and assisting with their scheduling and financial needs
- Schedule and mange new patient and treatment appointments
- Handle and responds promptly to incoming calls, texts, e-mails or voicemails
- Schedules and confirms appointment dates and times
- Checking insurance eligibility and orthodontic coverage
- Check patients in and out
- Follow up on all patient needing appointments
- Join efforts with community marketing events
