OUR BONUS INCENTIVE GIVES YOU THE POTENTIAL TO EARN UP TO $100/HOUR!!!Responsibilities: Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teethConduct patient assessments to determine oral health conditions and identify any issues or concernsTake and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rateAssist with dental procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials to the dentistEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Open DentalFollow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staffCollaborate with the dental team to develop and implement treatment plans for patientsRequirements: Valid state license as a Dental HygienistProficiency in using dental software systems such as Open Dental for medical documentation and record keepingKnowledge of dental office procedures and practicesFamiliarity with medical coding and billing processesStrong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plansAttention to detail to accurately assess patient conditions and document findingsAbility to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionalsBenefits: Full time Only
