Overview:
We are looking for PCAs and CNAs to work in our in-home non-medical home care agency. The shifts are in Summerlin for a full time staff and Mountains Edge working overnights. We are looking for hardworking, compassionate, experienced, and trustworthy caregivers. We offer competitive pay and an enjoyable work environment. Duties:
- Provide direct care and assistance to patients in various settings such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, or private residences
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- CPR/First Aid

- CNA/PCA Certification

-TB Test

-Prework Physical

-Driver's license and SS Card

-High School diploma or equivalent

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Holidays
• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
