Job Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care for a dementia patient in North Las Vegas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life and contribute to their overall well-being. This is an in-home non-medical home care patient.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and assist with tube feeding as required
- Monitor and manage airway for optimal respiratory function
- Provide specialized dementia care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
- Document medical information accurately and maintain proper medical documentation
- Lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Experience:
- Previous experience in Home Care or acute care settings preferred
- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and tube feeding protocols
- Ability to provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
