We are working with a government agency in Austin Texas to find a Project Manager for their team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for records management, data governance, data accessibility, and documentation. The position has arisen as part of an ongoing project to both rationalize the records management side of the agency but also to make sure they are fully compliant.
This is not a technical position but we want to point out that this will be a Microsoft environment ( Office 365 Government G5 ) so any familiarity with the relevant tools in the Microsoft Suite is greatly appreciated.
This will be a six-month contract with the potential of a permanent position at the end. You will need to be based in Austin, or commutable to downtown to qualify. This position will be initially on site 5 days per week to bed into the role. It will shift to two days remote and three on-site in Austin working with the team in time.
The successful candidate will have experience in a records management role and ideally hold certifications.
Certifications we would love to see ( Ideal but not essential )

• Certified Records Manager ICRM
• Certified Records Analyst
• Certified Information Privacy Professional
• Information Governance Professional
• Certified E-Discovery Specialist
• A Project Management, PMI, is always well received.
• Any certifications around Data Governance

Bonus points

• Any Government project experience
