Job Title: Project Manager

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, customers, and vendors.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to Managment.
- Utilize project management tools to document progress, provide photographs for company records.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills:
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in coordinating projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management principles and practices.
