Salary Range: $17-$22/Hour

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)


Job Description

As we continue to grow, we need a team member who will be the first point of contact for our new clients and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the onboarding process, provide training on our products, and ensure a seamless and positive client experience. You will act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to meet client needs. Some of these client sessions will be in person, others will be remote, so reliable transportation for in-office meetings is a must, and familiarity with remote sessions is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding:

  • Welcome new clients and serve as their main point of contact during the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate and schedule onboarding sessions, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Customize onboarding plans to meet individual client needs and business objectives.

2. Training and Education:

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product features, usage, and best practices.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different client segments.

3. Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development) to address any issues or requests.
  • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process and client experience.

4. Client Success and Retention:

  • Monitor client progress and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Assist in resolving any client concerns or challenges to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (or similar tools).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • A client-focused attitude with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail.
