Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment according to design specifications and industry standards
- Perform site assessments to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Mount solar panels on roofs or other structures using appropriate tools and equipment
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and connections
- Test and troubleshoot solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide maintenance and repairs for existing solar panel installations as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic wiring principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
