Job Description:
As an On-Site Repair Technician at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Bitcoin mining farm infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing basic repairs on a variety of mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues in a timely manner, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
• Conduct basic repairs and replacements of faulty components, including hash boards, power supplies, and fans.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to mining operations.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mining hardware as needed.
• Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
• Proven experience in hardware maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, preferably in a data center or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin mining hardware, such as ASIC miners (Antminer, Whatsminer, etc.), GPU rigs, and associated components.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC power distribution and voltage regulation.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to address emergencies or urgent repair situations.
