Sleep Consultants are responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling sleep products. This position will work directly with customers to assess their needs and recommend the best sleep products for their individual needs. The Sleep Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom and for keeping up to date on the latest sleep products and trends.

Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience and a strong interest in helping customers while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses.

We are looking for a result-driven Sleep Consultant responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers!
• Assess customer needs and recommend the best sleep products.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Keep up to date on the latest sleep products and trends.
• Sell sleep products.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong product knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
