```Duties```
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavioral health professionals
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions and behavioral therapy techniques
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation and record-keeping requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, behavioral health)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
