Simon & Schuster is seeking an entrepreneurial manager to serve as a liaison between S&S editorial divisions (domestically and internationally, adult and children’s) and our Rights department to monitor all works with appeal to other entertainment and media platforms. Candidate will track information and cultivate relationships with producers.
6 years of experience in book publishing in either publicity, sales, marketing, editorial, or rights is preferred.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
