As a Product Operations Specialist, you’ll work directly with product management and engineering teams on the company’s top priority initiatives. You’ll be responsible for leveraging strong connections with teams across the company (Ops, R D, healthcare workers, etc.) to coordinate product launches for our members and internal healthcare workers.
You Will
- Lead the delivery of ambitious company-wide product initiatives from kick-off to post-launch analysis with a high sense of ownership.
- Help implement and run processes to ensure a high-quality delivery across multiple development teams and platforms.
- Be responsible for turning ambiguous inputs into a roll out action plan and ensuring cross-functional operational readiness.
- Own communication and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and teams around the company.
- Build and manage metrics and reporting to track impact and determine roll out success.
- Be accountable for assessing resource and timing constraints and determine the appropriate timing for product rollouts.
- Work with exceptional engineers, designers, and product managers to build useful and modern tools and be prepared to deploy multiple times weekly.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of industry experience in an operational, product, or program management role
- Experience leading and influencing without authority
- Experience performing data analyses to make data-driven decisions
- An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools a plus
- Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management tools
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
