You Will

• Lead the delivery of ambitious company-wide product initiatives from kick-off to post-launch analysis with a high sense of ownership.
• Help implement and run processes to ensure a high-quality delivery across multiple development teams and platforms.
• Be responsible for turning ambiguous inputs into a roll out action plan and ensuring cross-functional operational readiness.
• Own communication and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and teams around the company.
• Build and manage metrics and reporting to track impact and determine roll out success.
• Be accountable for assessing resource and timing constraints and determine the appropriate timing for product rollouts.
• Work with exceptional engineers, designers, and product managers to build useful and modern tools and be prepared to deploy multiple times weekly.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of industry experience in an operational, product, or program management role
• Experience leading and influencing without authority
• Experience performing data analyses to make data-driven decisions
• An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics tools a plus
• Experience with Asana, JIRA, or other project management tools
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
