Dependable, self motivated with leadership ability and a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience in metal framing, drywall and acoustical.

• OSHA approved safety program card
• Drug Test and valid drivers license required.
• Coordinate progress of project with General Contractor's Superintendent
• Must have the ability to identify and coordinate material, labor and safety sequencing in order to maintain or meet project schedule
• Must be able to read and translate all work from blueprints to finished product, including the ability to identify work outside the general scope and obtaining signed work orders for same.
• Leadership quality, with the mind set of working well with all supervisors, employees, other trades, subs and GC representatives.
• Attend project meetings
• Time tracking will be required. Training provided.
• Must be able to provide instructions and guidance to all assigned team members, employees and subs.
