Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:

• Assists the dietary manager and department with necessary tasks to ensure residents dietary needs are met.

• Deliver food trucks to units/residents at designated times.

• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.

• Adheres to the facilities policies and procedures regarding the Compliance Program

• Follow all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the position.

Qualifications of a Waiter/Waitress:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Positive and energetic individual with creativity

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

• The right person in this position will have excellent customer service, communication skills and the ability to multitask.

• experience as a cook in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility
