**Retail Sales Leader**
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
**Skills:**
- Strong interviewing skills to assess customer needs and preferences
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and backroom area
- Ability to manage a team of sales associates, if required
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Basic administrative skills for record keeping and inventory management
