We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Austin, TX area to provide them with a Project Architect. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Architect:

#1. Must be a registered architect.

#2, Must have at least 5yrs of experience.

#3. Must have solid Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup skills

#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Responsibilities of the Project Architect:

• The architect's duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming/conceptual design through the completion of construction administration.
• Specific task will include preparing project construction documents;
• Communicating with and coordinating with consultants, contractors, owners & team members;
• Documenting code review and compliance;
• Reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance.

Requirements of the Project Architect:

• Registered Architect
• 5 years of experience
• High energy, confident, and goal oriented.
• A passion for creative design.
• Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
• Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm.

• Hybrid
• Sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
