Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pool Master Service Technician to join our team. As a Pool Master Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of swimming pools and spas. You should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a deep understanding of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • ● Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.
  • ● Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose pool equipment issues, leaks, and malfunctions.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems related to pool systems.
  • ● Balance and adjust pool water chemistry using appropriate chemicals and testing equipment.
  • ● Perform pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and backwashing.
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on pool systems.
  • ● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • ● Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • ● Stay updated with industry advancements, best practices, and new technologies related to pool systems. Requirements:
  • ● High school diploma or equivalent.
  • ● Proven experience as a pool service technician or a similar role.
  • ● In-depth knowledge of swimming pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry.
  • ● Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment issues.
  • ● Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems related to pools and spas.
  • ● Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • ● Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • ● Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
  • ● Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Pool Operator) are a plus.Benefits:
