Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: As our Process Improvement Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind defining and implementing improvements in services, processes, and engineering infrastructure. Your work will be absolutely vital to our mission-critical services.

Responsibilities

What's on Your To-Do List:

• Share your insights and recommendations with managers, supervisors, and the workforce on how to make things even better.
• Get creative with discovery sessions, training meetings, and process improvement gatherings.
• Lead the charge in proposing and developing quality and process re-engineering improvements.
• Dive into benchmarking, surveys, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with technical experts to measure performance.
• Ensure top-notch documentation and support for Governance boards.
• Take charge of creating standard operating procedures and supporting disaster recovery.
• Keep a close eye on performance metrics and make sure we're on track.

Qualifications

The Qualifications We're Looking For:

• An active TS/SCI or TS/SCI with CI Poly is your entry ticket.
• You're either rocking an IAT Level II Certification or on your way to getting one.
• With a minimum of 4 years of experience in Government networks and operations, you're a pro.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is a must.
• You're all about cross-functional integration and continual service improvement.
• Capturing requirements and plans? You've got it down.
• Formal documentation is your jam, and you understand technical solutions inside and out.

Bonus Points for:

• An ITIL Certification – because we love it when you've got the extra edge.
• Your knack for modeling business processes and requirements using structured tools and techniques.
• The ability to represent equities across different organizations.
• Experience with Cyber Network Defense, analytics, risk assessment, and more.
