Join our team as a Fitness & Wellness Coordinator where every resident is treated with dignity and care. Provide personalized attention and bring smiles to the faces of older adults as you promote a balanced health and wellness program for all community members. Contribute to a positive resident experience by planning and facilitating fitness activities that enrich their lives. In this role you will promote resident wellness by leading group fitness classes, providing personal training and assisting residents in improving their overall well-being. This role has room for growth and flexibility for those looking for steady hours in the fitness industry serving seniors. 

Schedule Varies: Weekdays and weekends required. 

What you will need: 

• ​High school diploma or GED required or Bachelor's degree preferred
• NCCA Accreditation or be willing to pursue the training
• Experience working in personal training, group fitness and/or wellness in a clinical fitness/physical therapy setting is required
• Experience working with gerontology and/or special populations is preferred
