Silver Stream Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Caring, Motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator.
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall healthcare operations in accordance with state and federal regulations and to ensure quality of care and quality outcomes for the residents.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all local, State and federal regulations.
- Manage a team and improve SNF metrics for CMS Quality Measures and 5 star rating.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring partners, Physicians, Hospitals, SNF, ALF.
- Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads.
- Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and focus on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
