 Silver Star Protection Group is seeking a passionate, creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement through various marketing channels. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and website traffic, generate leads, and promote products and services 
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media, email campaigns, advertising, and offline channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives. 
• Support success initiatives by managing data, monitoring key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement 
• Take ownership of all Silver Star social media acccounts to drive growth and generate leads 
• Monitor, track and analyze the performance and relevant KPI’s of marketing campaigns to adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• 3 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success.
• 1-2 years of SEO experience (tools and activities)
• Must be able to handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
