We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction sites and managing project teams. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards - Communicate with contractors, clients, and team members to maintain project progress.

**Experience:** - Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
