Responsible for preparing and cooking items. Assists the Sous Chef/Manager in the production of the daily menu or prep list.
Essential Job Functions:• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Cooks or prepares food assigned from daily menu plan;
• Follows recipes given consistently;
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
