The Intake Assessment Clinician is responsible for:

• assisting in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information. 
• assesses all ages and collaborates with a physician to determine a proper disposition. 
• provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of A&R. 
• often the first contact with the community and therefore excels at providing resources, and support to callers and walk-ins. 
• provides general support to the case management program.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure:
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) in a human relations field.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional or in the process of obtaining a mental health license or in a master’s program in mental health field. 

• Experience:
  • Preferably one or more years’ experience in an intake/assessment setting within a behavioral health, human services department/ clinic or hospital. A minimum of two (2) years experience with customer service.

Compensation:

This is a PRN role and the expected compensation is $25.00 hourly. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Intake Assessment Clinician!
