Overview:
SMG is looking to expand our auto glass and residential teams. We are searching for the perfect person to fill a van operation mobile position. We would like to add a Master auto glass technician with experience in all types of auto glass installations. Team player that can work alongside other technicians on two man sets and difficult installs. Candidate will be performing in shop installations during bad weather and snowy days. Duties:
Perform automotive glass installations independently. Team player / follow company policy. Basic auto glass tools required (some tools and all supplies will be provided) Maintain clean company / fleet / shop / work sites. Pride in quality installations. Excellent customer service skills and interactions. Professional appearance and personality. Clean background. Clean driving record.

Qualifications:
Master Technician 3-5 years’ experience w/ tools. Apprentice / Trainee 1-2 years’ experience. w/ tools. Valid driver license and the ability to lift 70lbs. Independent problem solving, critical and creative thinking. Excellent work ethic, clean background and a clean driving record.
