Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, family centered and team centered, loving and reliable. This position is in charge of assisting the delegated tasks from our clinical team to ensure compliance, organization and proper resident care. Also, this position ensures safety and exceptional care for the residents they serve and provide care for.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality care for Assisted Living Residents with various dependent needs
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living such as: grooming, bathing, oral cares, dressing, transferring, etc...
• Provide medication administration to residents as aligned in care plan
• Honors and protects resident rights
• Has attention to facility safety, upkeep and cleanliness
• Leads with compassion, kindness and team work
• Coordinates residents needs with the nursing team
• Other tasks as assigned by Executive Director

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
