Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement repairs
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, demonstrating leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance procedures, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to track and manage maintenance activities
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance personnel
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
