Job Description:
To provide friendly greetings to clients and staff as they enter the office.
Cheerfully answer phones with the intention of providing excellent service and meeting clients needs.
Applicants must be able to answer multiple phone lines, take messages, transfer calls and manage client requests in a professional manner.
Manage Staff Schedules on Google Calendar and in Electronic Health Record (EHR). Applicants be familiar with Google Apps (Gmail, Docs and Sheets), Microsoft Word, Excel and Zoom
Collect “Co-pays” when applicable
Work with counselors, psychiatric staff and medical staff to manage the flow of telehealth and in-person appointments.
Data entry including “checking-in” clients for in-person and telehealth sessions and entering client information into EHR.
We are a small but effective team! Last minute flexibility and willingness to cover when someone calls out is absolutely necessary.
Applicants must be dependable, punctual, organized, detail oriented, be able to thrive in a fast paced environment as well as self motivated when working independently.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Available position: Afternoon to Closing Shift. Full-time and Part-time applicants to be considered.
