Staff Psychiatrist

Part time or Full Time Staff Psychiatrist position with direct care and leadership responsibilities in a residential treatment setting for young adults with persistent mental illness (treatment refractory mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance-induced thought disorders). This individual will be working under the mentorship of a senior physician and researcher with many years of expertise with this population. Patient care will be in conjunction with a skilled team including MDs, psychologists, nurses, and social workers. Board certification or board eligibility with anticipated certification in general psychiatry is required. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team of experts, with unusually good opportunities for further training and advancement.

We offer competitive compensation, malpractice insurance for hospital service, with an opportunity to build relationships with physicians who are leaders in their various fields of expertise. Staff psychiatrists may maintain an independent private practice off site.
