Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and handling when needed
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred however we will train
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
