Silver Cross Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.

The primary care physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients in various health conditions following established standards and practices. Demonstrates necessary skills and services to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience. Come join our well-established group!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing treatments and medications, and monitoring the patients’ progress.
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.
  • Collecting and maintaining patient information such as medical history, reports, and exam results.
  • Educating patients and their families about treatments and aftercare.
  • Collaborating with other medical professionals and departments.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks.

Education and Training

  • Medical degree and successful completion of a residency in specialty
  • License and certification to practice medicine and prescribe medication in the State of Illinois
  • Physician must possess and maintain active board certification in specialty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical and technical skills
