RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards. Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies. Other duties as assigned by principal, etc.

LICENSE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The individual must possess a high school diploma and/or equivalent job experience. The individual must have experience in any combination of the following experience and/or training in financial record maintenance, clerical activities or closely related areas. The individual must have at least one (1) year of experience and be eligible to be bonded.
