RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Working with EL students, providing native language support and additional assistance in the content area classrooms; Collaboration with content area teachers and providing resources in order for EL students to be successful; working with higher level EL students, in order to support vocabulary knowledge and application; facilitating and organizing parent sessions to assist with bilingual literacy in their homes. This position will be split between Silver Creek High School and Silver Creek Middle School.

LICENSE/EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Valid State of Indiana Teaching License. Candidate must be certified to teach secondary grades through grade 12, holding certification as Teacher of English Learners. Must have prior experience working with the EL population.

Pay: $44,045.00 - $78,445.00 per year
