Job Overview

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales and a knack for understanding the unique needs of the community? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team, specializing in selling remodel and construction services in the Four Corners Area, with a focus on Durango. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our growing construction and remodeling services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new leads and opportunities.
  • Establish trust and rapport with current and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.

2. Product Knowledge

  • Thoroughly understand the range of construction and remodeling services offered by our company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant building codes.

3. Consultative Sales

  • Meet with potential clients to assess their construction and remodeling needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations tailored to the unique demands of the client’s projects.

4. Sales Process

  • Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and timelines to potential clients.
  • Work with our project management team to create detailed project plans.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

5. Networking

  • Attend community events, local trade shows, and other relevant gatherings to build a network of potential clients.
  • Leverage existing contacts in the community to generate leads.

6. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or remodeling services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in construction and remodeling.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
