POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Banquets Manager, the Banquets server is responsible for welcoming guests, food and beverage service, set-up and side work, and other reasonable requests made by guests and management. The Banquets server works with other banquet team members and management in harmony to elevate the banquets and meeting experiences and exceed our guest’s expectations.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM
• Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor

COMPENSATION:

Wage Range is $16.28 - $16.28 per hour and is based on applicable experience and work history.
