Silver Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals with autism, seniors, and children. As an Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their independence. This paid position requires experience working with people with autism, senior care, and direct support.
This is a Full-time position:
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism, seniors, and children
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility assistance and toileting
- Lift and transfer individuals as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with people with autism, senior care, or direct support is required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Familiarity with monitoring vital signs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
