Job Overview:

We seek compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Monitor and record vital signs - Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques - Support patients with meal planning and preparation - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Document patient care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Qualifications: - Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Ability to lift and transfer patients safely - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: - Medical documentation - Hospice care - Lift techniques for patient transfers - Caregiving skills - Vital signs monitoring - Knowledge of senior care practices - Understanding of assisted living environments - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Proficiency in home care procedures - Knowledge of medical terminology Join our team as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
