Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Disabilities Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires strong program management skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse population and collaborate with various stakeholders.
