Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician your role will be responsible for the general maintenance within apartment units and the building common areas on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, if applicable, and the Property Manager in managing unit turns, work orders and cleaning of the property. This position will work closely with management and residents to insure the properties are meeting all required safety and management expectations.
Preferred Experience
- HVAC Certification (not required)
- Plumbing skills
- Electrical skills
- General construction skills
- Appliance repair
- Apartment unit turnovers
Required
- This position does require you to be on-call after hours and weekends. You will also be required to do snow removal when applicable.
