Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Provides oversight for Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit in the absence of unit management.
• Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
• Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities.
• Serve as supplemental RN staff as needed.

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

• License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas, must be able to support both Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
• Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
• 3 - 5 year of experience preferred.
