Position Overview:

We are in search of an exceptional Senior Software Engineer with a mastery of Python and extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly Odoo. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in crafting clean, efficient code that excels in performance and scalability. This role demands a self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and deploy bespoke solutions for ERP system integration, focusing primarily on Odoo, utilizing the power of Python.

- Leverage SQL expertise to optimize database design, ensuring robust performance and data integrity.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems, prioritizing performance and scalability.

- Rapidly familiarize oneself with existing systems and navigate complex datasets adeptly to identify integration opportunities and resolve challenges effectively.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive technical specifications.

- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of software components to ensure impeccable reliability and scalability.

- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging them to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software solutions.

Qualifications:

- Over 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a profound focus on Python.

- Demonstrated expertise in integrating ERP systems, particularly Odoo, in intricate environments.

- Strong proficiency in database concepts with extensive experience in SQL, ORM frameworks, and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming high-performance RESTful APIs.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an aptitude for navigating complex datasets swiftly and effectively.

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines consistently within a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred experience in working with companies within the manufacturing industry.

- Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems is a definite plus.

- Additional proficiency in languages such as C# and JavaScript is advantageous.
