Position: Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine Service Engineer

Location: US - Texas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining fiber laser metal cutting machines. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and providing technical support for our machines, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, commission, and provide training on fiber laser metal cutting machines at customer sites.

2. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

4. Repair and replace faulty components to minimize downtime.

5. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements and provide technical support.

6. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.

7. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

· Valid US Visa is mandatory.

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

· Proven experience (3-5 years) in servicing fiber laser metal cutting machines.

· Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic systems.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of CNC programming and automation.
