Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and retention processes within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain employee records
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Negotiate contracts with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or related HR roles
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and talent management strategies
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
